AlexAbramov
Hey, I've been into a big problem which is also wired actually, this is with my Designer 1. I have messed up all my embroidery, please check the picture: Actually the whole back is tangled thread which is a big mess. My machine has never showed such tantrums before. The pattern is that i have flipped 180 degrees by using Embird. I can't find any setting for materials or even thread tension during embroidering also. Anyone help can me ? Quote Link to comment
lindarnold
Such Problems are quite frequent due to mis-thread. Make sure that there are none stray threads that get caught in tension area of spool take-up arm . Also check if the spool thread is correctly threaded and easily be pulled all through the needle. Similarly check the bobbin and its thread. Quote Link to comment

Also check that the thread in the spool is properly threaded as well as is pulled althrough the needle. Just Same goes for to bobbin area as well as bobbin thread. Quote Link to comment
AlexAbramov
Yes, I rethreaded everything thing and then it worked fine. This is a lot like what machine dealer told me too. Quote Link to comment
