Too large for my Embroidery Machine

Dear Team,
you have so many wonderful Embroidery Files, but the most of them are too large for my Embroidery Machine.I need Files in a Size max.10 x 10 cm, with no more than 10000 Stitches. Is it possible to convert the Files in a smaller Size before buying?

Sorry, this is not real. In our website have a lots of design with size 4  x  4.  Resizing and reducing stitches (decrease to 10000 stitches), is special operation. If you like we can made as customer digitizing with additional cost.

 hi 8 out of the 10 teddys are to big for my pes format is 4x4 can you sort it out or can you do them for that size as a have payed for stuff a cant use or send me ones that are the size or awhant a refond thanks martha watt x

I bought this Dr. Jumba Jookiba and McDonalds logo embroidery design yesterday but unfortunately it is too big for my hoop, is it possible to reduce the size in jef format to fit a 4X6 hoop. Please advise.
