Can someone please give me suggestions for stabilizer to use on dance leotards? They are 90% polyester / 10% spandex, and I'll be embroidering names on them.

i am only using 40gr per m2 can you recommend a good stabiliser?? i have had a look on google and there isnt enough information to determine whether they are dense enough? i would prefer cut away than wash away
