All brands (also brother) write about hoop 4 x 4 (as about car). real hoop size 100 x 100 in inches 3.94 x 3.94'. BMW free logo embroidery design have size 101 × 101 mm 3.98 × 3.98" In future please choose your embroidery machine in profile. Every time you see compatible this design or no.. I have a brother se400 and I have followed directions completely. Could you please help me to figure out what I am doing wrong?
