I am given some kind of Disney Embroidery machine by my relative, being a beginner at least I think so I dont understand what patterns will go for it.What type of designs I must download. I am Eager to learn more about this. Model is 2700.Thanks for the help in advance.   :)  :)  :)

Sorry, whats options you want? Hoop size, flash or USB connections?  Probably you can choose standard model without Disney names.. Minimum hoop (my opinion) 130 x 180 mm.

Your friend will enjoy his machine. I think that he has also got a manual with his machine. Tell him to try out things reading manual and he will learn a lot.

You can go to youtube and search for tutorials and other information about your machine.

Yes, in fact youtube has a lot of things to learn about embroidery, and checking brother website would be a great idea. I will also do the same, thanks diver
