i can't open embroidery design

I just purchased the Corgi embroidery design and i can't open it. It is downloading to Word. How do i go about  Please get back to me with some help, i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you,

Machine embroidery designs have a format that only specialized software can read and open. By default, Operating system (Windows, MAC..)  no has these programs. Therefore, when you try to open the downloaded file, your operating system chooses any of the set of programs that you have installed.
Machine embroidery software can be paid or free.
If you are a beginner lover of machine embroidery we recommend using the free My Editor program

It's in your setting that you want your program to open in Word.   Uncheck Word.....and have it open only the 3-4 file extenstions like:  .hus, .jef etc.

Yes, if you have embroidery software,  you can choose it. But most of customers have default PC/MAC without special software. System by default choose Word or Notepad.

Configure browser push notifications
