Hi all.

Im very ,very new to machine embroidery. In fact ALL embroidery. I have a fabulous brother embrodery machine and absolutely love it.

ive had my partners business logo digitized and attempted to embroider it tonight. I did a test piece On some purple felt with tear away stabilizer and it looked amazing. When i did it on a cotton tshirt it wasn't as good as the felt.

Is this because the felt is more rigid? how do i overcome this problem?

Can any one advise me?

Hello! This is a well-known problem. When I started my hobby in machine embroidery, I had no one to ask for advice. Thin, opaque fabrics and jersey must be reinforced with a thin thermal fleece (fliseline) and  on wrong side of  your T-shirt.  I use  "cut-away" stabilizer for the hoop. On top of the embroidery area, pin a piece of thin water-soluble film stabilizer with pins.  That prevents sinking stitches.

Wish you success!

It happened because of the fabric structure. I don't really know how to solve this problem, but I can recommend changing settings.
