I need to make a quick decision, I wish to purchase an embroiderer Ricoma 1204C ( 4 heads), do you think its a good machine? What will be the inconveniences and advantages.

Is the machine complicated?

I think its some Chinese knockoff and if its not then you must go for it. Other wise why dont you go for some brand because it will give you good quality.

OK thanks, well I saw it in a demonstration and motives are beautiful as well as embroidered well, but is it be sufficient for mass embroidery and will it be effective?

What peculiarities I must look at for any good machine?

Videos & demos are to make only sales. Once you buy the machine and keep in service each day you will know why you should not pick a cheap one or something like this.

No, but I know cheap products don't last longer and are not that good in quality and performance.
