When we load an image (jpeg) into PE-DESIFB NEXT (just started doing this in the past week) our image comes in with totally different colors than the original.  Any ideas why this is happening and how we can get back to proper colors??

    Open Adobe Photoshop or same software and save your picture in RGB mode and BMP format.

    I can't find the 3D view in v.9 where you can view your embroidery design on a garment.  "Help" says it is under "Window", but it's not on my computer!

    You must be having a software problem if you cant see it under windows. can you see "Global View"?

    Configure browser push notifications
