I recently purchased the Mercer Logo embroidery design. I need a smaller size (approximately 3"x2") for use on baby onsies and polo shirts. I have the Brother PE Design next with capabilities to change sizes. If I reduce it to the size needed, will it sew out well, or should it be digitized for that size?

The design has a large selection of sizes (4 variants). It actually fits with a coiled embroidery machine. But if you need a special size, you need to digitize it. The maximum size can be changed + - 10-15% of the original. Large changes will result in a loss of quality.
