Are these a zip file? I was able to download them to my desk top but they will not transfer to my embroidery machine. They are the exact sizes that I need. Any ideas because I am very frustrated, first issue I have ever had with a purchase.  First time ordering from this site.

All sizes available for download. About sizes Hi i selected the pes for the format that i have purchased, it gave me several choices differentiated with a, b, c, d, etc. at the end of the design name. What do these letters indicate?
