    Once I downloaded my order, I’m getting a error message stating (Adobe Reader could not open the file because it was either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoaded).

    Hi I have sent a message to the manager link and the help Center an I have not got a response. I am having trouble uploading my purchase onto my embroidery machine. I download the zip file, extracted the file and transfer it to my brother PE 500 but no image appears. I have a 4x4 embroidery and my purchase is a 3.95 size. I'm not sure why it is not showing on my machine if you could help me figure out why the download is not working I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you
