Hi, I just downloaded the Blade Ranger embroidery design for my brother machine, .pes format. When I transfer it to the folder, my machine does not pick up any design. The screen is just blank on my machine even though the file is in the correct folder on my computer. It is the unzipped version. I transferred this to the folder just as I do all of my other designs. Can you advise me on what to do? Thanks!

I am not sure if this is of any help but here we go. My Elna machine does not see any file with an accent in it's file name, like in the French language ë, è, é, ç that kind of thing. I have to rename them first, for my machine to actually see the file. Does this help?
