Hello Embroideries.com,

I was trying to purchase a embroidery item tonight, this is my first purchase. 

I selected my item and proceeded to follow the steps through check-out. 

At the payment window, I was informed I could pay by "Paypal", or "Blue" which the latter accepts major credit cards.

When I clicked this one I was instructed to connect with your bank and wire or transfer the money to your bank.  Sorry I am not familiar with this procedure so I simply backed out of the purchase.

Was there something I missed that I couldn't just complete my purchase with my major credit card?

Please advise.

The drop down box in the payment area that provides options to pay various vendors does not include the Pay Pal link.

It seems it paid twice for the same order. Could you please credit my card for one of the orders. I love your site and never had any troubles till now. Please help it was 38 dollars. Thank you for your speedy service.

Yesterday I downloaded two files and tried to use a Visa gift card.  It said it didn't go through, so I ordered again using paypal and it went through fine.  But now I see they both went through and I have a duplicate order.  Please refund one of those asap.  I sent an email last night and haven't heard back.  Please contact me immediately to let me know you've gotten this and have refunded one of my purchases.
I really don't want to go to Paypal or have a bad review of this website, as I love your designs.  But this is concerning me.  Thank you.

We found only one paid order, if you have another information, please send personal message- we refund money ASAP.

Ok, we add this format near time. Also you can us format PES, EXp, and DST and any size, your embrodiery machine have big hoop.
