I have tried Stitch and tree free embroidery design on the lake and a couple more of the designs. Am I doing something wrong. I can download the ones I buy. I want the download, not just to be able to print a receipt "instantly". It has been 24 hours and was paid fo through pay pal so there is no reason for not being instant. I order from several other sites and have never had to wait this long to get my design. Whats up? I received by e-mail but unfortunately we had a little child visiting and he deleted the e-mail which contained the embroidery designs. I was unable to retrieve the e-mail and I took it to the shop and they couldn't retrieve it also as there where other problems contributing to it which I can't understand so I was wondering if you could resent the embroidery designs please.
