i'm having a problem with the size of a pes file picture bought on embroideres.com when trying to write to a card i get an error "too many stiches"\ can you assist?

Please expain which machine embroidery design have a problem and what embroidery machine you have, what software for transfer to card  you using (PED basic or Pe design) . Version of software? Flash card for USB or embroidery card (Brother)

it's an angel on the Little Fairy embroidery design,: i have a brother machine 780D, PE-design 5.6: with the 130 x 180 frame

Very strange, Properties for this  design: 119 ? 160 mm 4.69 ? 6.3" Stitches:55092.  Some Brother embroidery machine have limitation to 64000 stitches.

Any ways:

1. Format your flash card (delete all data) and write file.

2. Using another embroidery formats (DST, HUS, JEF, VIP, VP4). Open Layout and Editing and File-Import and open another format.

 

Card is empty yes. actually when select other files in the menu and browsing.. writing to a card it has a red cross across the picture when selecting 130 x 180 mm if you can i will greatly appreciate it i can also send you the one i have and you can check i have just checked properties of file it has 65092 stiches and bcoz machine can only do  64000 it's probably why it doesn't work

Ok, we reduce stitches and resend another file via e-mail. Please check e-mail box. Also please inform about import dst format. You can try it?

For convert we using Embird and Tajima Pulse software.

I have 2 downloads that I have purchased that will not open with my software, and they are Bear Happy Face applique embroidery design purchased on the 1st November 2013 (cannot read this file version) although showing as a PES file and Teddy Bear Girl embroidery design purchased on 30th January 2013 (showing as Unexpected file format) also a Pes file. All other Tatty Teddy designs I have purchased I have had no problem opening. Please could you look into this for me.

No worries. as you wrote before , Brother embroidery software have any versions of PES formats. Older version ov software not understand new.. Example PE-DESIGN 4 not understand format number 6 (PE-Design 6)

Hi,I ordered a few files and the majority of them were fine, downloaded and saved but the Hello Kitty Pink embroidery design (Kitty 81, a, b, c) and the Hello Kitty Baby Bib embroidery design (79,a,b,c) would not download, it said it was an unexpected file format. Not sure what is wrong as the rest of my order downloaded with no problems.

Any ideas please would be greatly appreciated and I know it's the holiday season and I am in no hurry for them.

No worries, Now we change all PES formats files in server to format version 2 (this version compatible for all embroidery machines)  Also Lone, please check your e-mail account.

I purchased the ralph lauren polo logo embroidery design from your online store. I am using a Brother Innovis 90 E and I had never problems with any downloaded designs in PES format. But now, the machine does not show me the design, although it is the right format. Can you help me, what the problem is?

I just ordered the embroidery file of Anna. Unfortunately, I get the message that there are too many stitches to save on the embroidery machine/card. I can't do anything with that file. I tried the smallest one (96 x 100) anna5.pes. I have a brother innovis 700 II. What can I do to, or get my money back, or have a file with less stitches?

This is strange, because real size of Frozen sisters embroidery design 3.78 x 3.93' this is full compatible with Brother innovis 700 II. and hoop 4 x 4.

We send via e-mail smaller version - 3.73 x 3.88'. via e-mail.

You need empty your card. Many stitches message - inform you card no have free space. Because, limitation stitches for PES format 64000.

It still doesn’t work like that. (I open it in PE design – still have an old version v 6, but works fine for all other embroidery I have -  and save it there to my pc first). I changed the format to 900 mm x 900 mm approx  (to 30100 stitches) and that worked...
