Issues with Embird and Janome MB-4

I got Janome MB-4 from dealer. I want to embroider a design (made in the Embird that I used for 3 years). When I started using new MB-4 for the embroider design at initial stage the first color shifts and it was ruined.  I was making little bear where the first color was brown.  Head, left arm and leg are high quality.  It elaborated one cm (or on inch) to the distant.

I am still looking for an MB -4 owners to help with your question. Nevertheless, they are not present here. I am the user of Embird and on initial version; the problem of JEF+Format corrected in this version.

Truly, I did not heard of any more JEF format problem. Probably they do not happen in exporting design in the DST format.  It might be format problem and on this, circumstances write to Dusan explaining the happenings. You need to take two-pronged approach if it is same for DST format.  Please, write to Dusan for getting something for your MB4. It may be the fault of your machine also.

 Hey! when you open your machine (MB-4), is there any message explaining its version? The current version for the RCS and the machine is 1.4. If same problem is occurring, then please visit to your dealer.

 OK, I will try to use DST Format (I was thinking of Jef only but may be with DST also).

Hey! I tried the same design in DST and the problem is same. OK, then I will use completely different designs soon and get back to you, if it has a problem.
