I'm trying to see what colors I need for the Sofia embroidery design.

Every embroidery design have color chart. have two ways get this information. First in product page.

Second in Order Download page. Just need choose Color chart formats in list

I didn't receive the pdf file for the Colorado Rockies logo embroidery design file I ordered.  Please forward it to me.

Please choose JPG format in Order History page. Some color charts have this format.

I followed the instructions sent to me for color chart.  I clicked jpg and asked that it be put in the zip file.  It's not there.  Where do I find it? Once this is downloaded and it can't be accessed.  Thank you.

Ustedes me dan los colores usando  hilos de Sulky, pero no sé que parte del diseño  voy a bordar; les agradezco su ayuda  para hacer los cambios de colores. Gracias
