Download ordered embroidery design in different format

Question: Placed an order for two Redskins machine embroidery designs. Would like to download again in a different format, since I now have a new machine that does not recognize an ART or VP3 format.

Answer:

You must open the order history and the order you want to download.
1. On the right in the column, mark the format(s) you need.
2. Click on the button Save and filter out
3. To download the designs you have purchased in new format(s), click on the button Download all as .zip.
4. Save the archive to your computer or other device.
