Hi, this is sherry again

I have got a BMP9 from my cousin's home but when I connect the machine to my pc having Windows 7, it does not recognize the right driver for machine. The babylock is on the version 1.04. Can anyone give me an idea on fixing it so that I can easily transfer images from laptop to machine?

Thank you.

Thanks, but I could not find anything about drivers for BabylockBMP9.

you could Perhaps load the designs onto your USB and then put it into machine, might be this work?

These are some relevant pages which are from your machine manual - just click the link which I gave and then click on 'Palette 9 (ECS9) version 9.23 Windows XP, Vista 32/64 bit, Windows 7 32/64 bit, Windows 8 32/64 bit'. Now check that its the same thing you wanted (p9 in the machine's name may be palette9?)
