We using WIindows 7 as an Operation System was unable to shut down computer using the shutdown procedure. Uninstalled EOD, EOE, EO Photo and EO 3D Simulator. Finally got computer to shut down using windows shutdown procedures so reinstalled EOD and now the computer Will NOT shutdown again. Does Sierra have a patch or tech advice as to how to correct this problem with EOD as it is diffinately caused by the EOD software. Please respond via private email to expedite the receipt of advice.

    This is not problem.. I install and re install this software any times.. Just one remark. Before uninstall need deactivate licence...Also i contact with Sierra Support and they wrote me.. this is not problem add licences if  you off limit.
