Hi Everyone! Im just looking for some advice, I do a lot of cap work and have a customer who really wants the DSquared style big square embroidery logo. Just wondering how you would recommend doing this? I have trying making a patch and sewing this on like an applique but the stitching to tack it down doesn’t line up? Are these made flat before the caps are put together? This is an example of what type of outcome I’m looking for... in our Embroidery gallery Thanks in advance Kevin

Do you do custom digitizing for applique designs in pes format? I have attached a jpg of a embroidery design that I would like to have digitized as an applique design. I just want Football and the oval with Grandma but do not want the phrase (and proud of it). I want this embroidery design to fit my 8x13" hoop and would like the oval outline to have a bean stitch. If this is something you could do, please send me a U.S. price quote.

I could only use the smaller embroidery design as the larger one is too big for my hoop so have to get a friend to do it.
