Hi every time I try to download any of your patterns  it say unsuccessfully download I try every thing, I want to embroid it. Please help me. Thanks. Sara

    Try checking what format the file you are downloading is. Perhaps you are downloading a file in a format that is not compatible with your embroidery software on your computer. Good luck to you.
