I have just been trying to buy a design from your site using PayPal but
get the message "sorry PayPal does not allow purchases in the UK to be
sent to the Isle of Man"

This can't be right!Β  I use PayPal several times a week to buy all sorts
of goods from all sorts of places and have been a member of your site
for some time.

I am disappointed because this is just a $1.19 purchase of a Hipster Dog
design and is JUST what I was looking for.

Please advise

I am trying to purchase the tribal owl design for $1 USD and pay for it via paypal.Β  I keep getting an error message about minimum order of $1.

I entered 2 orders on your site on Sunday. Β One was entered, paid, and downloadable. Β The second had issues and would not allow the purchase to complete. Β However my paypal account shows complete and credit card has been charged. Β My order history does not reflect the payment as you can see. Β Please either credit my credit card back or release the patterns I have purchased. Β I have also tried contacting you (Embroideres.com) via email but have not received confirmation of receipt nor information from the company. Β Very frustrated at this time.

I have decided to contact my cc company and put a stop on this purchase. Clearly the company is not interested in a little $12 purchase. VERY frustrated!

Hello, I'm not sure the orig. email got thru, since it just up and disappeared on my screen.

I'm trying to pay for a design, but my screen is stretched as far to the right as it'll go, and I'm still unable to see any cart, or "pay here," etc.

I sincerely do need the two fawns I've got waiting for me, so I hope I get an answer soon.

Please explain what browser you using? You have another PC or browser? If possible please add screen.
