At the top of my account, it says I am authorized, but when I try to send it is putting green flags on my email saying it is incorrect. All of my information is correct so how do I proceed? Please note that I am a regular customer in embroidery library Embroideres.com. Let me know how much time and cost will it take to make. It is a simple design of 2 colors. lefen Posted May 7, 2016 Share Posted May 7, 2016 In September 2015 i bought and paid for you to digitize a Bristol Rovers Football Logo embroidery design for me, since then my computer has had to be replaced due to Hard Drive Failing and i have lost all of my designs this is not a problem as i can download all of the other designs i have bought from you via my purchase history but as it was a custom order that you digitized for me i cannot see it in my order history so can you please advise how i can get the embroidery files again please as you sent them to me via email last time ???
