     I own a Janome 10001. Is there a way I can get a design that will fit my hoops? After buying this design I realized it was too big.

    This is me again. There is no way I can embroider this design. In the order that I received, I cannot find  the 125mmx125mm design that should actually fit my large (B) hoop. The smallest one I received is 28843 st., and the one you show in the page is 28808 st. Could you help me with this?

    We send this version via e-mail. Stitches amount in strong parameter. For some formats have different amount (trim, stop, code).

    Dont have any pics but if you type in MINECRAFT it will bring it up, you can get the game for free. its a lego type game the kids can build on loads of characters hope you can manage it for me, many thanks

    I ordered the Minecraft Creeper in your door but it is too big. My question is can you resize it for me? I need to put it on a knit cap and need it to measure 2inches wide and 3 inches tall or as close to that as possible. Please let me know if you can do this, thank you.

    I ordered the Minecraft Creeper in your door but it is too big. My question is can you resize it for me? I need to put it on a knit cap and need it to measure 2inches wide and 3 inches tall or as close to that as possible. Please let me know if you can do this, thank you.

    On December 13, 2014 I placed an order, #025266. I would like the item # 4572 (No Creeper Sign) to be resized to 3.5 inches by 3.5 inches if possible. The format would be .pes and/or .dst for a Brother brand machine.

    I attempted to use your Mine Craft Badge embroidery design on my Brother PE 500 embroidery machine . No matter what file I attempted to use for the brother machines it would not transfer and show up on my machine. The other 2 designs I purchased at the same time I had no issues with. Please let me know how I can fix this or issue a credit to my account for the embroidery design. Thank you

    I purchased the Minecraft creeper in the door. The 4X4 design is 3.90 X 3.90 which will not work on my Brother SE-400. Can you resize the design to 3.80 X 3.80? This size will work on my machine.
