  2. Hello, Hoping you can help me please. I made a purchase order N 7023. The hello kitty happy angel embroidery design I am having problems with and hoping can be fixed. I have done about 10 blocks for a quilt and going back to trim threads and clean up jump stitches. The eyes do not seem to have any tie off stitch as they are coming undone. Any chance this can be corrected? Thank You Kindly
  3. I am struggling to know that why bobbin threads comes up in the top while embroidering? I got MC9900. Last week, I visited to the shop where I talk about my threading problems. She told me that it is the issue with threading from the top not with the issue of bobbin itself. After her advice, I am enjoying my embroidery trouble free but today it again started on the halfway through a design. As far as I am concern, I am threading the machine every time. Is that what am I doing wrong? White is coming from my front and it is not looking bad on this section. Then, I end my color block. Before starting with new color, I replace my needle with new one and also put bobbin of Madeira under the bobbin holder. I re-threaded the top section as normal but the problem is same occurring. It is not going back side of my fabric.
  4. Tell me about my machine that does not go through problem. I am really sucking up with threading problem on my Brother. It is going out of position. Needle and threads are not connecting each other. Can you help me?
  5. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why my thread looks loopy. I'm embroidering in-the-hoop candy cane holders and when I put the back on, the thread looks like it has loops in it. Am I using the wrong stabilizer? I'm using fleece for both sides of the candy cane and iron on stabilizer.
