I had problems with my software/computer and had to reinstall Tajima Pulse. Now the spooler does not get rid of the file you sent to the machine after the machine accepts it. I have to go into the design que and delete the file before I can send another file. I can not find the place for the setting that changes that. It used to be different before I uninstalled so I know I had changed the setting once and can not find it to do it this time. Help please, it's so annoying!

Hello ladies and gentlemen. I am new to machine embroidery (I do not even have a machine yet) I am buying a Brother PE-770. I have to buy a computer, since all I have right now is a Chromebook. Can anyone tell me the minimum requirements I should look for in my new computer? What operating system and would it be better to have a laptop of a desktop? My computer budget is $450. Hi Everybody, I pulled my hair out long enough and I really don't have any to spare. The zigzag border on this embroidery design is not lining up along the edges. Anybody know why that would be? It looks fine on the computer. It was sewing out okay but I went back to tweak it and something changed. I don't know what I did to make it not line up. I then started from scratch and redid the design and it still doesn't line up. I attached a picture of just the "J" but all the letters are doing it. I have the file but couldn't figure out how to attach it. Thanks for any help,

I have purchased the Oklahoma City Thunder logo embroidery design for $5.00, but I can't get my computer to open it because it's a grade C project. My computer says it will only open Grade A or B. Now what do I do??? Please help!

We using WIindows 7 as an Operation System was unable to shut down computer using the shutdown procedure. Uninstalled EOD, EOE, EO Photo and EO 3D Simulator. Finally got computer to shut down using windows shutdown procedures so reinstalled EOD and now the computer Will NOT shutdown again. Does Sierra have a patch or tech advice as to how to correct this problem with EOD as it is diffinately caused by the EOD software. Please respond via private email to expedite the receipt of advice.
