Tajima TEHX-C1501 problem?
siv1987 posted a topic in Questions and Answers about embroidery machines
Can someone please help me. I am using a newly digitized embroidery design, and it has sewed out perfectly for me about the first 5 times. All of a sudden there are problems with it. Have tried different hoops, backing, changed thread, bobbin thread, needle, everything. Then it sews again good 1 or 2 times, and back to the same old stuff. Am using the same exact shirts to sew this design on. Has anyone had this problem before?& Would appreciate any help. I have a Tajima TEHX-C1501.- 22 replies

I have had some instances where the contour lines peek out as running stitches around an inside curve. I have a design with a digitized D and O and I can't keep the contour lines where they belong all of the time. I am embroidering on caps. The inset for the contour lines is set at .02mm. The outside inset is fine. How do I move the inside curve inset? I would appreciate any tips.

Hello. Does anyone know the trick to getting embroidery on puffy foam to look professional? I have tried it using a satin stitch but when the excess foam is torn away, the edges of the stitches are no longer smooth. There are jagged edges of the foam left. I have even digitized the design twice with the second one having a little wider satin stitch to cover the first. Is there a different kind of foam other that the one home sewers use? Am I missing a step someplace? I'm sewing on a Tajima Neo II with rayon thread. I've tried it on canvas, caps, towels, Head bands. Same problem on each one. The other problem I am having is embroidering on head bands and wrist bands. What kind of topping are you using to get the stitches to stay on top and not sink into the stretchy fabric? Do I need to do something with the density? I've seen pictures of it done in catalogs. If anyone can help me with either of these problems, I would be very appreciative. Thanks.

Hi there, i have been digitizing for awhile now and sometimes i notice when i have digitized a rectangle or square complex fill with either a 45 or 315 degree angle stitch, it sews out crooked. does anyone out there know why this is?? the fabric? the underlay? the density? its getting quite frustrating as the rest of the design will look fantastic but the simple block behind the logo just lets the overall look of the logo down.any help would be hugley appreciated, thanks
