  1. I've been having an issue with large complex fills, I find that sometimes the fill doesn't meet back up from where it left off, it just leaves the slightest gap that is very visible. I've tried different underlays, been trying to find if there is any overlap option but I don't see one. I am using Pulse Version 14. I will attach what I am talking about. This usually just happens with designs that are not standard shapes.
  2. When i create embroidery with branched areas, how can i change overlap? Example letter a. My customer like format PXF for using in Ambassador. If he resize my work, may be have a problem (non sewed areas). Of course I can set it manually by simply digitize overlap. But as it can be set automatically? Example percentage or distance?
  3. Hi everyone, I'm sorry in advance if I don't use the correct terminology. I am just starting out with digitizing with Tajima pulse dg15 and I can't figure out out to add a border to a fill segment. I've searched the help bar in the software and google far and wide but I can only find how to add a run stitch border to text or how to add a steil border to a fill segment. It almost seems like there is no way to do this but I think my embroidery would look so much better with the run stitch border. Thank you in advance!
  4. Hi All. i have zsk embroidery machine and tajima pulse software.when i do satin embroidery on hat stitches come out.complex fill designs are okay, only satin stitches making problem.i am sure this is software issue because it is not happening on digitized designs.i use between 0.2 to 0.4mm density and around 10% plus compensation which increase stitch thickness. i attached some pictures about my software.Does anybody have idea? i am really stuck and i need your help guys.Thanks.
  5. Tajima Pulse users, can you tell me what the status is on a fix for the longer than normal stitches in a complex fill where sections of the fill meet? I can attach a screenshot if you want. I have tried moving the start/stop beads to no avail. Thank you.
  6. hi there, is there a standard density satin stitched lettering should have when going over the top of a complex fill stitch? when i do say 5-6mm lettering on top of a complex fill, i usually have the density at -.5 to -.6, with the pull comp at approx .12 to .15 - it normally comes out looking great, except where the stain stitch letters have the same angle as the complex fill, causing the lettering to fall away and get lost in the complex fill.making these letters look thinner than the rest. and should there be an underlay on small text when going onto of a complex fill stitch?? i normally use a single line underlay stitch at approx length of 1. to 1.5. can anyone out there help, this is lettering our digitizing and quality down your help would be greatly appreciated thanks
  7. I'm wondering who is working with the Fur stitches. What is the density if you use this stitch is on top of an Complex Fill ? How to create a blending with Fur Stitches? Is there any sample files to use these stitches (as Dog from Pulse page)?
