College and University logos

I just purchased two embroidery designs. How do I save them to my computer so that I can open them using my Wilcom embroidery software? Thank you.

I was wondering if you have any embroidery designs for the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign logo embroidery ? Hello Now the files work, but it only contains 2 layers of a blue circle. I tried sending one of original files to the embroidery machine and it was able to reed the files. It would bee nice to be able to open them on the computer but it is not necessary if is hard to fix. Thanks. Cheers

I recently purchased the Mercer Logo embroidery design. I need a smaller size (approximately 3"x2") for use on baby onsies and polo shirts. I have the Brother PE Design next with capabilities to change sizes. If I reduce it to the size needed, will it sew out well, or should it be digitized for that size? >Thank you for your help.

Hi, I have a Brother PE500 machine, and I just purchased an embroidery design of the St. Louis Cardinals. When downloading to my machine it shows that that it has taken up 212 kb of 476 kb on my machine, but it does not show the picture of the design on the display. Would you have any idea what I could try? Thank you so much.

Last night I purchased an embroidery file of the Carolina Panthers logo embroidery. However the right size design for my embroidery machine was not what I ordered. It was in very strange colors (red, purple, green, etc) not the colors shown on the website which are the correct Panthers colors (blue, white, and black). I went ahead and proceeded to use the file after about an hour of trying to figure out which colors to really use for each step and the stitching was very poor quality. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase and was not able to use the file for which I paid $5. I spent about another hour carefully taking out the stitches because they were not correct. …

I just purchased this logo and it does not work. It is the correct format because i purchased a machine embroidery design earlier today and it worked perfectly when i connect my comp to my machine and transferred the embroidery design over the machine. This one shows that it transfers to the removable hard drive when i connect my computer to my embroidery machine however my machine will not show a pattern. It only shows that storage is being used. Please help fix this problem. Thanks

On August 25, while on vacation, I purchased and downloaded the OSU Buckeye Logo machine embroidery design for my Brother SE400.Today I wanted to stitch the embroidery design. I copied the file from my laptop to my embroidery machine, and it shows the file transferred, but there is no way to upload it into my machine's memory. The screen shows size of file but no image is shown to select to upload. Please advise on how to utilize the embroidery design. I regularly purchase and download designs and have never had a problem before. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

I am able to download the logos but can not print out the pdf color chart. Not a big deal because it\'s only 2 colors but would still be nice to have.
