We\'ve been emailing each other about this design. I think I have may have figured it out of my problem What version in ART is the embroidery design made? On embroidery.com it says ART 2-3 but you can get it ART 4-5. I have Version 6 but 5 would work better than V2-3. Could you send the later version design to me?

Just bought a design i need the PES file, I have PE-Design Next and when I try to download into PE Design next it tells me "Error; unexpected file format." it gives me this error when i download from website, when i download as zip, and when I download through the email, and yes i am downloading the pes version help please

Are these a zip file? I was able to download them to my desk top but they will not transfer to my embroidery machine. They are the exact sizes that I need. Any ideas because I am very frustrated, first issue I have ever had with a purchase. First time ordering from this site. Thank you,

I did download the embroidery files in .PES format, but machine says "the card cannot be used." Thinking it was a PES version issue I used Wilcom TruSizer to convert the file but I get the message "It is a non-native MELCO file," even though the extension was .pes.I also tried the conversion process in Embird,and got the same result. I can see that a native Melco file can be converted, but so far have not found a way to get the files to work with my machine, converted or not. I'll try another download, and if you have any other suggestions, please let me know.

Hello again. I am sorry to bother you but I was able to successfully download the G Bulldog embroidery design I ordered. however, I tried to embroider it last night and the stitch count and embroidery design look good except the inner white portion of the pattern and the black G and the red circle in the line did not math up with each other. The G was off to the left and went to the edge of the white oval and the read was slightly off to the left of that too. I am not sure what went wrong and being a novice I am not able to troubleshoot.
