Hello I changed pc and I am with windows10, so I reinstalled tagima version 12, and I have no access to my Librarian, the original files are in the database, but do not appear in the software! before everything went well with seven is this windows 10? Trying to understand the best "flow" of creating simple namedrop lettering in X5 and export to DGML for creation of Applique lettering. The steps involved in exporting from X5 to DGML is what I cannot seem to get down. Thanks

How can I add a border to an existing logo? I have a logo that is mostly navy color but it will need to sometimes go onto navy apparel so instead of changing the customer's official colors, I'd like to add a border around it (in white). I have Googled to no avail. Thanks in advance for any tips!

Using Tajima DG/ML Pulse 14 (Maestro Ed.) I'm trying to digitize as a beginner from Arabic True Type Fonts on my system. I'm noticing that there are two problems: The letters appear split when first imported, though I use this website to copy the lettering so the letters show up using the correct justification. http://www.arabic-keyboard.org/photoshop-arabic/ The 2nd problem is I have to set the spacing to -2 for the letters to stick together as a word and even then for some fonts the letters will appear to close together. I am new to digitizing and have been trying to rework this text for days but cannot get it to sew out any cleaner than this! I am having to sew through 2 layers on the side of this visor so I am not sure if that's what causing it to sew so badly? I don't really have a choice there. Tried 60 and 40 weight thread. Also tried the dog collar recipe in Pulse to see if that would help. I am in a time crunch so couldn't do a whole lot of research before I got here. Thanks in advance!

I am thinjing looking at buying new Tajima Pulse embroidery software. Originally I was looking at version 14 to work with Adobe Illustrator which I already own. When I was contacted by a dealer I was told the Illustrator Extreme is 2900 usd but I would be able to buy verison Maestro for 4800 usd. Keep in mind this is after a trade and discount in. HI all. I have just upgraded to Tajima Pulse Extreme Illustrator. My last upgrade was Designer Ver. 9. I am lost with this new look. Where can I go to get some real basic training videos. Hi I'm trying to send a design to my machine over the embroidery design spooler and I get this error message in Tajima Pulse: Nature's Spa.PXF TFMX-2C 1502--U3559 : Failed to output the file.Unable to query the design list on the Design Spooler.(6007). The strange part is it seems to only affect this embroidery design. I am able to send other embroidery designs to my machine successfully but not this one. Any ideas Regards,

I am working on a design to put on a saddle pad (http://www.statelinetack.com/item/roma-miniquilt-dressage-saddle-pad-full/E004202/). Essentially, it's the word Magic in a Cresendo font with streamers using a steil stitch and stars, using Symbol font letter M for stars. So what I'm trying to figure out is what recipe to use for this type item and if I need to make any additional adjustments to everything. Also, what's the best way to remove the dot above the i so I can replace that with a star. I've already done this once on a lavendar fleece cooler and it came out great, but I used tons of underlay (plus solvy topping) to make sure the nap stayed down and the embro…

I have had some instances where the contour lines peek out as running stitches around an inside curve. I have a design with a digitized D and O and I can't keep the contour lines where they belong all of the time. I am embroidering on caps. The inset for the contour lines is set at .02mm. The outside inset is fine. How do I move the inside curve inset? I would appreciate any tips.
