    When the site tells me I have a certain number of free downloads, are these the downloads listed in the catalog as free embroidery designs? Or do I get to choose from other categories in the catalog? If I choose other categories, how do I download them for free?

    MY designs haven't been added to my order history. The amount for them has already been taken off of my card, and right before my comp crashed it said download designs so I'm wondering what happened to the designs that I just ordered.

    I have just bought a new computer windows 8.1 - I have PE Design 6 unfortunately the computer does not recognize the card reader is there a solution to this or will I have to upgrade

    I bought a little dragon for $1.50 and chose HUS file extension, but my machine uses ART files. I don't see that you have any ART files. Do you have an ART file format available for the Grumpy dragon embroidery design or flamed dragon embroidery design ?. If not, the file I purchased from you is useless to me. Thanks.

    I placed an order on 04/18/2014 for two different Saints logo's to be embroidered on something. When I down loaded the designs to my Brother Innvois 4000D sewing embroidery machine, all designs are in an applique style. Do you have the same designs in an embroidery style? My order number is 9003. Looking at your website it appears to be embroidered. Thanks for your help

    Hi I have a new computer, which runs windows 8.1. I am attempting to install Wilcom E3. I installed from the CD, then went to the site to install the latest updated version. While installing this message popped up: This program has compatibility issues: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 It gave me two choices, which were to run anyway, or to let them offer a solution. I tried each one and neither worked. After installing completely, double clicking on the icon gives me this message: C:/Program Files (x86)/EmbroideryStudio_e3/BIN/ES.exe This application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxtrace.exe tool for more detail. Any idea what I need to do to get this to install on my new laptop?
