I have a Tajima TEHX-C1501 embroidery machine. I went to power it up last week and I could hear the fan and motor but no display. I went to check the motherboard and found 2 lithium batteries. One battery read at 2.9 volts and the other only read at 1.5 volts as shown on picture. Could this the problem why i'm not getting a display and the embroidery will not initialized? Any tips or help is greatly appreciated. (side note*** I have this machine for over 5 years and have turned it on.) Thank you.

Hello all, New to embroidery. I'm trying to open an image file (PNG) to use in DG Pulse 16 embroidery digitizing software but there is no open image option. How can I add it back to the embroidery program?

I accidentally deleted my "File, Edit, Segment, etc." toolbar and I cannot figure out how to get it back! Help! I have dgml by pulse 14- Illustrator Extreme. Thank you in advance!!!!

Hi everyone, I'm sure I can't be the only one using the Tajima Writer Plus software on this forum. I work for a manufacturing company and we purchased a Tajima Sai machine since we're only doing 5 logos on our products and our daily output doesn't warrant an industrial set-up. Our machine didn't come with software, but the salesperson said that we could download the Tajima Writer Plus software for free, he hasn't worked with the software much and after I watched the poorly made instructional videos and going through hours of trial-and-error he told me I know more than him. Great. We're based in South Africa and the Wilcom software supposedly costs about a third of the machine price so we can't go that route. I'm having issues like mad and I'm struggling to find solutions, anyone with advice on this software, please share. I'm particularly struggling with removing underlayers after digitizing a bitmap file. I will deselect it in the right-hand pop-out toolbar and when I run the Stitch, there's still an underlayer. I cannot find where to add a border steil stitch on a complex fill (Tatami 30) I had to design the border in Adobe Illustrator, save it as a jpeg and digitize it as a steil then try to line it up, and selecting objects is infuriating once they overlap. I'm just tired of struggling, any advice or suggestions are appreciated.

Hi, everybody! I am new at this. I was able to get my hands on Tajima 14, but I am having a bit of trouble getting the hand of it. I would love to learn this amazing art and I am watching a couple of tutorials on youtube but I can't seem to find one where the basics are explained thoroughly. I would be really greatful if somebody could share links, vids or documents that I could check out. Or even if you have some exercises or tip, I would apreciate it! Thanks a lot!

Hello im from Bosnia and Heregovina i see your where writing about tajima and I need help too my Tajima v11 has crashed i got an ssd installed like everytime i do and now I doent have font or everything ele just can resize embr. They i thought i go to buy i found a guy on internet he said 70$ for the 15 tajima i payed via Western Union he blocked me and have not hear from him again. Im really unhappy now i got scamed cant continue my work and I was wondering has someone crack for the version 11 i would like to buy from someone Tajima 16 or something like that but im really scared for scamming me another time so i can but first program then i pay I can show the proofs too me being scammed if someone doesnt belive me and wont to give program first. If there are some good people to help me i can donate to him or something else we can make a deal

I have an embroidery Tajima machine TFMX - IIC1506. Everything works normally until this morning when I turn the machine on. It does not have the option for a Tubular or Cap frame. Only Border and F.Holder are the only two options on the machine. Any input would be appreciate -
Im using Pulse 14. How do I create multi layer embroidery for stock fonts. I have two examples attached. The #71 is incorrect and the #90 is correct. I want the #71 to look like the #90 .dst file wise. How do I do that? Please help, thank you.

I'm having a problem with my Tajima DC1206 embroidery machine. When sewing with needle 1, no problem. But when switching to...needle 7, the needle bar is not quite centered. It's off by an 1/8th" Does anybody know how to adjust this(calibrate the needle bar from left to right, by needle)? -
Does anyone know how to use the stitch quotation feature in DG15? I found it the other day in the tools bar. My question is, can you upload an image to the software to get a rough stitch count. It will really help me with pricing! Guessing is killing me.

Hi All. i have zsk embroidery machine and tajima pulse software.when i do satin embroidery on hat stitches come out.complex fill designs are okay,only satin stitches making problem.i am sure this is software issue because it is not happening on digitized designs.i use between 0.2 to 0.4mm density and around 10% plus compensation which increase stitch thickness. i attached some pictures about my software.Does anybody have idea? i am really stuck and i need your help guys.Thanks.

Hello, Hopefully someone can help me on here. I have a Tajima TMAR-K 1508C. Recently I been seeing that the machine shakes a lot when its stitching at certain angles and causes the needle to break at times. Does anyone know why this could be happening? It doesn't shake as much when I change to the hat attachment and run hats. Thanks!

8-HEAD MACHINE STOPPED RESPONDING AFTER PROGRAMMED STOP, TURNED THE MACHINE OFF AND WOULD NOT STOP BEEPING AND WOULD NOT START UP. TURNED IT OFF FOR A FEW MINS, IT CONTINUED TO BEEP---PRESSED THE EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON AND IT TURNED ON AND STOPPED BEEPING. NOW GETTING A 2C1 ERROR CODE AND THERE IS AN ARROW DISPLAYED WHERE THE NEEDLE NUMBER IS SUPPOSE TO BE. THE MACHINE WILL NOT RUN ANY DESIGN AND I CANNOT CHANGE MY NEEDLE NUMBER. MODEL: TAJIMA TFHX-IIC1508 - 8 HEAD ANY SUGGESTIONS??? MACHNE NOT WORKING--NEED HELP!!!-

Hi all been search for a embroidery software like freeware if there is one where i can convert my vector files (eps, ai, cdr) machine embroidery machine formats such as Tajima -dst, .Melco -exp .dst and other popular. I know Tajima? Wilcom and Barudan is supposed to be great but i hear its quite pricey and basically im just trying to experiement for now and do a few custom designs for my customers. can anyone reccomend a solutiona or give me free version (trial or have some limitations)? also if anyone knows how to do these with adobe illustrator, fireworks or other vector soft that would help also. Thanks -

I am thinjing looking at buying new Tajima Pulse embroidery software. Originally I was looking at version 14 to work with Adobe Illustrator which I already own. When I was contacted by a dealer I was told the Illustrator Extreme is 2900 usd but I would be able to buy verison Maestro for 4800 usd. Keep in mind this is after a trade and discount in. So my questions are as follows. First is it worth the difference to bump up to the Maestro version? Also how good are the conversions from Illustrator vector's file (ai, eps and also corel files) to a embroidery out? Also this soft have the auto digitizing module for bitmaps. (free) value. Also any other materials and opinions would be appreciated.

I've got a Tajima TEHX-C1501 and just started experimenting with 3D Puff and can not for the life of me figure out how to put a machine stop in the design. I need the machine to stop between the outline and the fill and then pick up on the fill stitch when I hit start. Currently I've got to watch the design and hit stop when it goes to color change and that's just a waste of time. I also have a Barudan BEXY if anyone knows how to do the same thing there. Thank You!
