Hello, and thank you for any help you are kind enough to provide. I am adding hats and beanies to a little brand I have created. I am considering getting an affordable beginning embroidery machine in order to put our logo on beanies and caps. I am hoping you can share the realities of what is actually needed to do this, along with where i obtain them. ...an embroidery machine, hat loop? software to turn my design into a stitch able file for the machine? etc? Okay I just purchased your hot wheel embroidery design for my 4 x 4 embroidery hoop. I am assuming that this design will fit it. I did purchase already and need this NOW. I have an order that I have to fill. Please help because I cannot send this to my machine. Thanks

Hi, We bought Monster High logo embroidery design to embroider for a birthday present, but the machine kept on showing that the pattern is too big. We did order the right format and size. The result is that we couldn't\'t use the pattern, so to us it was a waste of money and the reason for buying it doesn't\'t exist anymore. Would you please check your size and let us know? Thank you.

Hi, I have created a design in Illustrator using vector lines. There are 200 of them designed in a specific order. When I 'Get from Application' in Embroidery Office 15, they appear in the correct order. But when I use the 'Art To Stitch' I lose the order. I can't see anything that I need to click to keep the order according to the order of the vector list. Anyone have the solution to this? Thanks, GM

Hi there I purchased and downloaded some designs on 11/14/2013 and there is one design that is to big to transfer into my machine, it is order number 3567 and it is the monster high logo embroidery pattern , the design name comes up as monst1.pes. Could you please resize this design to fit in a 4x4 hoop, I would need it to be a zipped file format and for pes. Thank you for your time. I have ordered some embroidery patterns from your website on 21-08-2014 and the order no. was 63048. However, one of the patterns which was the lightning Mcqueen embroidery design was much below I expected. I used this on my machine and the finished pattern was not cleared and some parts were even missing.

I ordered this embroidery design, but I see I got 2 separate orders. I only wanted the one design but I was having trouble with the credit card information needed. I tried to order the Chelsea logo, but had trouble completing my order with my VISA card through my credit union. I have ordered designs from you in the past and had no trouble. I tried a second time to complete my order without success so I decided to wait until my husband came home to help me. When I went online again it looks like I placed two orders for the same design, but I am unable to determine how to download it.
