I sewed this logo design out today. I found the density to be extremely low, particularly in the center of the embroidery design and in the lettering of Mavericks. I could see the white of the sweatshirt through the stitches. To correct this problem I had to go over it twice increasing both the stitch count, and the time to sew out, quite a lot. Is there done thing you can do to correct this problem? Thank you,

Hi there, I purchased, see below the Seahawks 12th man logo embroidery design. The logo looks online like the "12" is logo embroideryoutlined in white. I am stitching this on blue material and I really wanted the 12 outlined in white. Because there is no break in the embroidery design when stitching, I cannot change it to white. I order this Bronco Denver New logo embroidery pattern 9365 on 06-05-14 .there is a problem when I started the pattern it shows a pattern on top of the other one so I ran it and that's what it did it embroidery a 4x4 and then right over top it did a 5x7 so i tryed to by pass the 4x4 and i started the 5x7 well it did not work .

purchased the Cincinnati Reds Logo embroidery design. I need the logo to be a little bigger as I am putting it on an adult shirt. I did try to enlarge it in my program but my trial stitch out was not good. Stitches to far apart and did not cover shirt color in background. Could you please enlarge it for me? I purchased the Pittsburgh Steelers Logo embroidery design from you in April 2013 and just getting to embroider it now. The logo showed the \"Steelers\" in black, but when I downloaded the file, it is the same color (blue) as the last icon of the logo. I need the \"Steelers\" in the black like the file showed when I purchased it - 6 colors, not 5. Can this file be corrected? I cannot change it with the embroidery software that I own. Thank you

Hi I purchased your Miami Dolphins Logo embroidery design (the new one). I\'m very pleased with the quality of the digitizing and how it has stitched. There was one slight problem that I just noticed as it was finishing stitching it. I was expecting there to be white stitches in the belly of the dolphin instead of just blank space. I knew before purchasing that there would be no white stitches behind the dolphin/inside the sunburst..or a white outline around the sunburst. I wanted both of these but decided to buy from you anyways since I know your quality is good. Not having the stitches on the belly is only a problem because this is going on a black jacket and it change…

Hi there, A couple of weeks ago I downloaded two adidas logo embroidery design, but when downloading them they are both the same file, when they should be different embroidery designs. Specifically, "adidas logo" when downloaded gives me the embroidery design for "adidas" when the image shown depicts that it should be different. Hopefully this makes sense.
