I am need of help ASAP. Order due tomorrow. We are sewing a design that is letters PRMS and had it custom digitized. Upon sewing on polo shirts inside the R and top part of the S it is breaking fabric down and causing a hole on both letters. I have changed the tension and backing but still doing it. We have sewn this same design on dress shirts with no problem. Digitizer is saying that it is not the file. Appreciate any suggestions anyone has. Thanks

Hi there, I am trying to embroider a rubber-type piece of "material". I really don't like to call it material, because it is about 1/8" thick. (For those that know about horse equipment, it is for a brow band) When I try to embroider it, the thread "sinks" into the piece and doesn't come back out. Hard to explain, but I know it can be done, we have a catalog from another vendor that does this. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you,

Hey all! Iβve been using this machine for about 6 months and only recently started learning more about filling a shape. My circles always have these lines through them, is this a design issue? Itβs as if the shape pattern never fully meets when embroidering, but the design itself is a closed complete circle. The design program I use is inkstitch on inkscape. Not sure how to insert an image, hopefully itβs easy to understand from my description.

I'm extremely new to the embroidery world so excuse my lack of terminology and explanation. We hare started doing embroidery for local sports teams (high schools and middle schools) and they are repeatedly asking for their team name be put across the back/neck of their shirts right below the collar. These are microfiber type shirts and we aren't able to keep center when pressing the hoop down over the shirt resulting in off center name logo. What is a solution I can use to fix this. We need this ASAP.

What tricks do you successful monogrammed have for monogramming very fine pashmina shawls and very fine pima cotton baby one sizes? I'll pay it forward and share what works for me. Does anyone have a good location for embroidery designs on sweatpants (adult & youth)? The chart I have says it should be at crotch sleeve, but that seems awfully low. It is about a 4" embroidery design. Thanks for you help.

Here we will place everything that can be repaired and restored with the help of machine embroidery. The word "clothing" is here applied conditionally so that it is not associated with the repair of embroidery technology.

Did sombody find out how to digitize for this material? I'm having troubles with a filled circle. The digitizing company we are using has no idea about digitizing for this material, so I had to do edits to the design, changing the understitches and the fills, but still can't get it right. Any tip about digitizing this (we've got lot's of tips about hooping) would be really appreciated! Attached is my embroidery file for this design. Thank you so much!!! Hi everyone, My son want to make a project for his room and i have a few question that i don't cannot find answer... If somebody could give me some clue would be really nice. He would like to use a big sheet of velcro loop and create some design to make patche, then stick to the sheet. He would like to have big size sheet 2meter long on 1m large. And some of the custom patch size 70cmx70cm. He told me that he saw online website selling embroidery that could do custom patches. I would like to know if can do those size and if it's not going to break my wallet? Then i'd like to know is there is no alternative that would be cheaper but look nice as embroidery…

Hi everybody! I've never made embroidery on hats and caps and I need your advise. Which hats/caps are better for embroidery? On which ones embroidery will look better? I mean structured or unstructured? 5- or 6panels?

Hi Everyone! Im just looking for some advice, I do a lot of cap work and have a customer who really wants the DSquared style big square embroidery logo. Just wondering how you would recommend doing this? I have trying making a patch and sewing this on like an applique but the stitching to tack it down doesnβt line up? Are these made flat before the caps are put together? This is an example of what type of outcome Iβm looking for... in our Embroidery gallery Thanks in advance Kevin

Hi everyone, Iβm diving into the world of machine embroidery and have a question about designing custom patterns. Iβm using a Brother PE800 and want to create a unique design that blends intricate floral patterns with geometric elements. Whatβs the best software for designing and digitizing such complex patterns? Also, any tips on ensuring the design stitches out cleanly and avoids thread bunching? Iβve heard mixed reviews about different programs and techniques, so any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a Patch Kit with water soluble stabilizer. I have a pattern for a free standing butterfly and the instructions say to use this stabilizer. The problem is it won't hold the thread, It starts by threading 1/2 the outline, when it starts the wing it looks stringy and eventually puts a big hole in the stabilizer. I even tried tripling the stabilizer and the same thing happens. I would appreciate any feedback on this. It's a beautiful pattern.
