I am wanting to design a file for pencil toppers, but have not sewn one yet, and have seen conflicting information from people. Maybe someone can clarify this for me, but as I understand it.... Please correct or clarify this for me? There would be 3 files, one for a front dieline, one for a back dieline, and the actual design file. The two dieline files would be the same size - slightly larger than the design. One for the front material, and one for the back material. ello Im fairly new to embroidery only getting my machine in November, i've purchased Embird and have PE design Plus. I was recently asked to embroider a small logo on the front of a few Tshirts, and then was asked to do the logo larger on the back. The smaller logo is fine with no registration issues, however the larger one the gold outline of the logo is partly fine but either side there is a massive gap from where it should be. Im using super strong cut away stabaliser. Hello i need help i have the silver ch10 silver embroidery sewing machine, she works fine but i cannot get my usb to work with the machine The instruction manual says it takes pes and dst but when i read down to the usb section it says it uses Ths files I am new to this any help would be gratefully apptrciated

I have a Brother Innov is 4000D and have noticed that when embroidering and going from a thread color at the bottom of the design the thread does not cut and move to the next site using the same color. Is this problem in the embroidery design or the machine? Thank you

Hi all, i really hope someone can help e. Im new to embroidery and have a Brother Innovis. I have wound my own bobbins using the suggested thread but as its embroidering, i can see little white spots everywhere from the bobbin thread pulling through to the front of my design. I am usually a sewer and my normal machine would be telling me my tension isnt correct. Is this the same for the embroidery machine?

DST File There's a design that i want to embroider for my brand but whenever the complex fill is done and starts with the satin stitch the machine noise goes up and it causes me Bird nesting, i never did the design i tried with 3 diffrent digitizers and all of the files they sent me got me into bird nesting and lost 3 Caps is there an issue in the machine or the digitized files ? Not able to move middle needle to a different needle. Whenever I try to switch to a different needle it make a rumbling noise which seems the belt is stuck. Any help is much appreciated.

Seems to be a winter problem maybe with low humidity in the house??? The thread is twisting into loops as it comes off the spools on my Baby Lock Alliance. It comes off the spool and twists into a loop. I have to use my fingers to hold the thread until the loop pulls out and then wait for another to appear. Iny ideas why or suggestions? Thanks!

Hi, I've been struggling with my machine tension and the bobbin thread sometimes shows on top of my embroidery, and I only realized after the embroidery is done. I was thinking of going back a few stitch and cover the white bobbin spot with a new layer but that leads to another issue: how do I tie the knot once I want to stop stitching because I only need to cover a very small stitch, I don't want to keep embroidering until the end if that makes sense. If anybody has experience with this please give me some advices. Thanks in advance.

Hello! New member here hoping to find some tips/tricks/advice for a problem I'm encountering more and more. I have two 15-needle machines. I've embroidered for over five years, and my little hobby is slowly turning into a small business. I'm familiar with most of the processes, stabilizers, threads, etc. The one thing that is driving me crazy lately is centering logos on either chest! I have the marking templates, measuring mat, and I've used masking tape, but I have had more failures than successes. What is the secret to putting a logo on a polo shirt or jacket and having it come out level? I am so frustrated, it's making me want to quit, but I don't want to do that…

I work in a small shop as an embroidery machine operator. We don’t have very much experience with when it comes to how to operate the machines. We had an issue where the thread on multiple heads on multiple needles gets tangled around the lower tension spring which then causes the needle to break ruining the garment that we are working on.
