I am just starting out with my pe770. Sometimes it works great and other times I have can’t figure it out. I’m working on a letter B now, it lays out the first set of stitches then comes back with a satin stitch but that satin stitch doesn’t completely cover the first lay out stitch. I’m not sure how to fix this. I’ve slowed the machine down and it was worse.

Hi there, Sorry if I´m not clear enough, I´m from Mexico and I have a brother BAS-423. So far this machine has worked wonders for me but lately I´ve come across a problem I can´t get around. Let me explain: The machine is working just fine, it finishes embroidering a color, cuts the thread and, when it´s supposed to bring the needle all the way up in order to make a color change, ONE of the three heads consistently leaves the working needle just in the middle between the garment and the upper position. Hi I bought a happy voyager embroidery machine recently, i put the cap device on to produce my first cap, now i cannot change the frame on screen, i think it still thinks the cap device is still at attached? I am up the wall, may be something simple but machine rendered useless now apart from caps??

When I try to save my design it asks me to pick a machine code template. I have tried every on for Brother and they all say that a 7x12 design won't fit in their hoops. I have a Brother Innov-2200. If I try to use the design and ignor the size warning it won't show up on my machine. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Hello all! I have been tasked to find and purchase an embroidery machine for my workplace .. but I have no idea where to start. I figured this place of passionate people would be a great place to start! My employer is looking to bring their jacket embroidery in house. We use a 4 inch wide logo on the front and an 11 inch wide logo on the back. These logos are colored. Does anyone know any machines that are beginner friendly that would no exceed the $3500 range budget? Would be super grateful for any direction. Thank you!

Trying to re-enter the world of embroidery. I have a Memory Craft 100001 and in the past it was directly connected to my PC (Windows XP 2002) using a USB A to B cable. Nothing has changed; no updates to either PC or Janome. In my PC I can create and transform designs using Embird 2008, Easy Transfer, or Customizer 1000 Plus. I have access to all my files from before. I prefer Embird; however, I cannot remember how to send designs to my machine. All the info I have found on the web is not it! It was so simple, not multi-stepped. I get windows that say "could not connect with Serial port 5 " ( or 4, or 3, or 2, or 1), when I go to the Input-Output Operations in the Right …

I have tried downloading the free orange flower design and a few other designs but none of the files will download successfully. The error message says "this file doesnt have an app associated with it and that I have to download an app or if one exists then change it in the "Default Apps Settings" which I dont know how to get to on my computer. Please advise ASAP.

Good afternoon, During an online search I came across a machine embroidery topic, that showed a particular technique using machine thread lace. Basically, you create a quilt block, sandwich with batting, and then stitch and turn it to make a quilted square. Traditionally these are crocheted together (the crochet takes place of sashing), however the image I came across, used an embroidery machine to join the blocks and create the sashing, with machine thread FSL. Has anyone experience their Brother Innovis V3 missing stitches? I have designed my piece using eh PE11 Design software. The piece contains lots of words in different fonts and on at least two occasions now it has missed the stitches. How do I go back and finish these missed stitches? I'm new to machine embroidery so any help / advice will be gratefully received!

Hello everyone, I am having issues stitching a simple box running-stitch on my Brother Innov-is NV800. Some parts of the stitching on the box look perfect, some look as if there is a problem with the tension. And I just don't understand why. It appears as if the tension "changes" every time the needle goes around the corner. MY FIRST EXAMPLE Stitching starts in top-left corner. Starts good, then stitching turns ugly as direction changes, only to finish sewing the final vertical stitch fine. I digitized this with Ink/Stitch. Hi, hope this is the right place to post. I have just purchased the Anfield LFC logo and a free dragon. The dragon has downloaded ok but I keep getting the message "unexpected file format" on the logo. I have checked the Brother PES box on the downloadable formats and I use PE Design 8 soft ware. Why won't the design download?

Hello, I have a Brother VR and love it but i have recently been downloading free designs from internet and as some of the designs are too big i resize with wilcom (free edition) but when I make the design the stitch count is so high that it basically cuts the design out of the t shirt and you can see big holes around the design. I have used Buzzsize to adjust the size and stitch count but now it misses inner parts of the design out. Any advise would be amazing as I have been told to buy PE Design 10 at £999 which will sort this out but I cannot afford it. Are there any other pieces of software i can use or if there somewhere else i can get my designs. …

I am not able to download designs to either my iPhone or iPad. I can do this from other pages by opening the file in Safari then saving to DropBox. When I try to this on your site I get an error message "Something went wrong. Please try again. Error Cod 2S119/1". Is there a way to save these files to Dropbox? I'm often away from my desktop and only able to use my iPhone or iPad. Thanks! I love the quality and variety of your designs. Amy
