I have registered and downloaded this lovely embroidery design, but I do not see any way to print the instructions. I use Designer Gallery Studio Plus and had no problem printing the embroidery design template and color chart. Any help you give me will be appreciated. This is a very beautiful embroidery design. I managed to find and download a Pac-Man embroidery design from your site with my daughters help. She went through a search engine kind of back door like and got to the machine embroidery design page. The question I have is Why cant I get there using your website search function? Hi.. i had just downloaded an image for USD$3.. However, upon downloading and opening the file with .pes format, it indicated in my PE Next prrogramme as 'Unexpected File format'. The file also displayed 'No sewing data'. Kindly advise. Thank you.

I was wondering if my blank embroidery card that I have for my Janome is compatable with my Elna 8300?

All my embroidery designs were in what was called ngs.documents. I was able to transfer the design to my machine that way. About 2 weeks ago they all changed to word. I don't have a word program on my laptop, How do I get them back to the ngs.documents? Any information would be helpful. Thank you

I was attempting to delete designs from the memory and a memory error came up and the machine went down. It will not start up now, but the fan and the inverter are both working. I wondered if the internal battery had gone, and how you would replace it as it appears to be soldered on to the board. TIA Celtana

This order, after downloading, gives me an error message when I attempt to open it. It says that the file can't be opened as it was not properly decoded in transmission of the attachment. When I put the USB into my machine it indicates there is nothing on it. Already paid for it once and don't want to order again. Format is ART for a Bernina model 830 Limited Edition.

I placed this order earlier this year. I am just now ready t to embroider some of the embroidery designs. When I ordered them, I picked the hoop size 5 x 7. My machine does use a 5 x 7 hoop, but when I try to embroider them with the 5 x 7 hoop size, it's too big and my embroidery machine will not embroider it. Is there any way the embroidery designs I ordered can be re-sized to a smaller hoop size? My embroidery machine will let me embroider them in a 4 x 4 hoop. Thanks,

I have a Brother PE500 embroidery machine and seem to be unable to download the embroidery designs I ordered to the machine. Can you assist me regarding this? I have tired all the formats for Brother machines that you have. I have noticed that when I downloaded from imbroidery, those were in .pen format. Any suggestions? Thank you,

The thread codes that come up when embroidery design is inserted into PE design or Embird do not coinside with any of my RA numbers. How does one substitute one color brand for another when one doesn't have the correct thread codes. RA poly and maderia are my primary thread collections.
