Hi Guys I have not used this machine in 3 years, so I have forgotten a few things. After loading my file into the machine. How do I centre/place the design in the starting position i choose, or how do I centre the machine so its in the same place every time. Is it mechanical or is it software related? Every time I load the machine (with same file) it seems to choose a different position to start in????????????????

I would like to point this out, and have the word spread around. There is no shortage of stabalizer. Seems to be a big problem of some people ordering absurd amounts of stabilizer in such fear that is screwing everything up. 10, 20... 60 different customers Panic order a good or goods... well yeah, the whole system is going to slow right the eff down. Lol, Has slowed down. There is NO shortage, just high panic demand. Stabilizer is not TP. If your having trouble getting any, it's because a bunch of people are panic ordering, and slowing general production. CHILL THE FRICK OUT PEOPLE! ORDER NORMAL! 90%+ of your stabilizer is made right here in the US! Relax and spread the …

I'm running into an issue where the auto trim works then moves to the next object but the initial thread at the start of the new object doesn't push down and just hangs loose up top. Would anybody be able to help me fix this? I contacted brother support but they couldn't help. I have a brother NQ1600E embroidery machine. The top and bobbin tensions are set correctly where 1/3 bobbin shows on a stitchout of the letter I. I've tried going up and down with the tensions on both the top thread and the bobbin case to see if that would do anything but doesn't. I tried putting a spool net around the spool while it is being used and that makes it to where when the auto trim trims,…

I have a Brother PE800 embroidery machine, and I am working on putting a logo on a 100% Polyester Polo Shirt. I practiced the logo twice on a cotton swatch and had no issues but once I started on the polo the top thread keeps breaking no matter the tension I have it on. Now my needle has fallen off and bent and I am so frustrated! Heellppp Plleaase!

I am new here, and new to machine embroidery. I was just given a pfaff embroidery machine. I am interested in getting software to digitize my own designs but I am not sure which one to get. I have software that can resize designs, but it won't let me import my own designs to digitize them. Can anyone give me some recommendations. I really don't want to spend thousands. Thanks!

Hi! I just got an embroidery machine for Christmas and I must admit I'm completely lost on buying a software. My machine is a Brother SE600 and I would really like to create my own designs, but I don't think I'm able to convert regular .jpg files into .pec or .pes ones. What I'm looking for in a software is: - Affordable (I am a student on a budget. Are there softwares that meet the following criteria under $100 CAD?) - Compatible with a Macbook - Can digitize photos and images into .pec or .pes Let me know if you have any recommendations! Thank you!

Hi all, I have a Brother Innovis VE2200 embroidery machine. Iβm embroidering 190gsm cotton jersey tshirts with poly mesh cutaway. No glue is used. I have calibrated the bobbin and top thread tension with satin stitch columns and embroidered my desired designs multiple times using an embroidery or universal needle (both 11/75) with no problems. The designs are open and sheer with about 7000 stitches. I use Fufu 40wt embroidery thread. No shredding or breaks occur during embroidery. I recently read that I should be using ball point needles to prevent holes (which have sometimes appeared in previous stitch outs, mind you this is rare but still annoying) so went …

Hi guys, so i have this particular problem. When i am trying to transfer .jef to the machine, where the maximum size of the hoop is 200x360 (7 inch x 14 inch ), and the jef file is larger than 200 mm (7inch), the machine wonβt see the .jef file and also wilcom embroidery software wonβt let me save .jef files because the embroidery is too big but i donβt get it why because if i am trying to save it in .pes and there is no problem. Does anyone has a solution for this problem or someone else encountered this problem and has a solution? Thanks guys and sorry for the bad english.

Hi, All. I am new to this group. I just purchased an SE600. I haven't been able to download the software update from 1.04 to 1.06. It is supposed to fix the problem with the foot pedal. The USB is empty before copying file to it. I followed the directions, and it is the right USB because I can use embroidery patterns placed on it. Brother has been helpful but not in this case. They just give me directions I already followed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have purchased some additional fonts and uploaded them to my flash drive. I got it to work and I embroidered an A on a piece of fabric. But it is to small. How can I change the size. I can change the size on the fonts already on my Brother SE600. But I can't figure out how to change it with my downloaded fonts?

Hey! So I stitched out a design onto some thinner 100% Polyester fabric. It stitched out great, so I decided to stitch it onto a hoodie which has a thicker cotton and polyester blend. The embroidery on the hoodie looks very jagged and doesn't look anything close to as clean as the first embroidery did. Could someone point me in the right direction to getting my second embroidery to look like my first? What am I doing wrong? Thanks so much in advance. I've included an image of whats happening below.

Hi! I'm new here! I've been doing machine embroidery for a few years now but nothing very intense! Recently I was asked to do about 20 beach towels as a paid project. So, I have a question which I can't find an answer to....those of you who do this for a living, do you wash the towels to remove the stabilizer or do you leave it cut out neatly on the back and tell the customer it will wash out???? THANKS! Mary Catharine

Hello guys. My name is MJ and I am completely new to the embroidery / digitizing scene. I am 24 years old having recently graduated school. Unfortunately I decided to go down a different career path. I want to learn to digitize but am overwhelmed by the helplessness of where to begin. I have NEVER worked with embroidery or embroidery machines before. I am one who takes heavy interest in design and I do have appreciation for embroidery. I just do not know where to begin. Communities from Reddit told me to find work at an embroidery shop and learn some basic knowledge about embroidery and only then should I start to learn the digitizing software…
