I have purchased the Oklahoma City Thunder logo embroidery design for $5.00, but I can't get my computer to open it because it's a grade C project. My computer says it will only open Grade A or B. Now what do I do??? Please help!

Hi, I recently purchased George Peppa Pig with caterpillar embroidery design, I have downloaded the file and transferred it to the compact flash drive but when I try to load it onto the machine, it comes up with an error saying the file is damaged. I have tried putting it onto a drive with other designs on it, and then again tried it on a blank drive but neither have worked. Are you able to help? Thanks,

Dear Team, you have so many wonderful Embroidery Files, but the most of them are too large for my Embroidery Machine.I need Files in a Size max.10 x 10 cm, with no more than 10000 Stitches. Is it possible to convert the Files in a smaller Size before buying? Thanks for your help, with best regards

I could only use the smaller embroidery design as the larger one is too big for my hoop so have to get a friend to do it.
