I downloaded Swirl lily embroidery design for $2.99.... And on my computer to load it to my USB its only giving me one flower. I sent a picture of what I wanted and bought..and the second picture..is what it gave me..and its not what I ordered..what do I do now?? All the other 4 designs are good just the swirl lily isn't what I want

Hi there I purchased and downloaded some designs on 11/14/2013 and there is one design that is to big to transfer into my machine, it is order number 3567 and it is the monster high logo embroidery pattern , the design name comes up as monst1.pes. Could you please resize this design to fit in a 4x4 hoop, I would need it to be a zipped file format and for pes. Thank you for your time. It has been a while since I placed an order on your product. I just want to make sure I know what I ordered. How do I track this Superman logo embroidery design if it's on the way over? I ordered the new Houston Astros logo embroidery design on order #5566, but what I was sent is the old team logo. I have tried the download twice with the same results. Please fix this and make the correct logo available or refund my $7.00.

Hi, I could transfer the free items onto my BROTHER PE 500 but the item that I paid for- ID 902 Grumpy embroidery design did not show on the machine, my order is 033784, I did "save & filter out" first but none showed up on the machine so I did "Download all as zip" and that worked for all but "Grumpy". Can you help me or resend Grumpy again so it will show up on the machine. Thank you
