hi, do you have the tangled sun emblem from Rapunzel?

I have ordered some embroidery patterns from your website on 21-08-2014 and the order no. was 63048. However, one of the patterns which was the lightning Mcqueen embroidery design was much below I expected. I used this on my machine and the finished pattern was not cleared and some parts were even missing.

I purchased Olaf embroidery design earlier this year. Is it possible to have you make me one that is 2.5\" tall & if yes, what would be the cost? Have a customer that wants lettering with it but he needs to be smaller to fit on shirt. I cannot get the stitch count to reduce & the outline turns into a blob when reduced. Breaks thread, also makes a mess on back. Puckering badly. Let me know if you can help.

Hello The Detroit tigers logo embroidery design files I downloaded from your site, even the PDF file shows the tail is not stitched in white. I am attaching them along with the embroidery files I downloaded. The file you attached did have the white stitching around the tail, and within the letter D -- what would cause the difference between the files, is it possible to you to send me the file you used to stitch it out, because what I download is missing the white around the tail and white between the D. I purchased them on July 11, 13 and just stitched them out for my Grandson's birthday gift. I just tried to download again, and the files still do not look…

Sorry to bother, I haven’t used my Bernina for a while. I have ordered the despicable me embroidery designs but can’t remember how to get it to the stick.There are so many downloads. When I send it to the embroidery machine all the colours are wrong.

I am attaching my reduction to 3.1x3.8 -that I tried. It is an .ofm format. When viewed on Design Shop looked like all was good but as mentioned below, red buttock area exceeded the black border. Really hope that you can help with both issues. I just purchased this design within past week. Hope that you can help with the resizing issue and advise if you can make it 2.8 w x 2.5 for hat .
