Thank you for the embroidery design. However, is there a way for me to download the correct thread color. I download in "Art" format as I have a Bernina 830 but the thread colors are not the same as shown on your embroidery software. Should I download in a different format? I would appreciate your advise.

Chip & Dale happy together embroidery design I am wondering if the background white, top right and bottom left of embroidery design, are digitized as stitches. I would like to stitch this out on white felt, and if those backgrounds are stitched, would omit those to save time. I think that would omit, hopefully, a lot of the 40,000 stitches. I would like to purchase 3 of the embroidery designs from the Jake the Pirate line. When I registered, "art." was not an option. However, the Jake embroidery design are available in "art." I'm not sure how to designate this on my order. I chose Brother, pes. when registering as art. was not a choice. Hello, Hoping you can help me please. I made a purchase order N 7023. The hello kitty happy angel embroidery design I am having problems with and hoping can be fixed. I have done about 10 blocks for a quilt and going back to trim threads and clean up jump stitches. The eyes do not seem to have any tie off stitch as they are coming undone. hi, I purchased a Dumbo embroidery design on the 25, dec. I can't get it to come up. the download is in my downloads but when i transfer it to my machine it comes up blank no pictures, no info of any kind. i have downloaded and transferred and stitched many embroidery designs from various places, this is the only one I'm having trouble with. I even downloaded it a second time thinking the download messed up some how but the second download is just like the first, it doesn't work. Is there a trick to your downloads? please help asap! I have a Brother se 400 machine.

I'm confused about ID 187, Guido embroidery design from Cars embroidery collection. The embroidery design I received measures 6.46" x 6.42". In checking out the embroidery design on your home page today I see the measurements are 4.96 x 4.96. The newer measurements would work better for the quilt I'm working on. Do I have to purchase a new embroidery design to get the smaller measurements? I look forward to hearing from you.

did you know there is no colour stop before the bow is embroidered in any of these embroidery designs? So, unless I am at my embroidery machine ready to stop manually the bow will sew the same colour as the face. This is not practical for me - could you add a colour stop please? many thanks

Hi, I wrote recently asking about this. I downloaded the KIA logo embroidery design that you have on your site. Many of your other logos come in a size for a left chest image, but this one doesn't. I was wondering if you could make one. I used my software to resize the image, but it's a tatami stitch and at a small size, it needs to be satin. I can't seem to change it. Can you help? Will it cost anything? I think it needs to be about 1" x 2". I appreciate your help! Thanks,

Hi I ordered the Dora the Explorer embroidery design from you on 2-4-14. I downloaded it and i don't know if i'm doing something wrong or not but it doesn't have the bubbles that are coming out of the mouth and doesn't say what colors of thread i need for it. I placed an order on 04/18/2014 for two different Saints logo's to be embroidered on something. When I down loaded the designs to my Brother Innvois 4000D sewing embroidery machine, all designs are in an applique style. Do you have the same designs in an embroidery style? My order number is 9003. Looking at your website it appears to be embroidered. Thanks for your help
