First, Sorry For My Bad English ; I want buy some embroidery designs but have problem with density of them, in my country fabrics (Textures) are not strong enough to use these density of stitches. (i mean the designs which i want to buy are not good on fabrics which is my country and which I want to embroidery on them) that is the reason why I would like to ask your company to let me have the editable design files. I would also like to pay a higher price for editable files. Or please show me away to solve this problem. thank you for your support.

I bought the cd machine embroidery designs geishas from Orpheus included was the geisha with flower ,my computer had a break down and I can not recover it, as I have already paid for it I wonder if you assist in this . kind regards

Hi, We bought Monster High logo embroidery design to embroider for a birthday present, but the machine kept on showing that the pattern is too big. We did order the right format and size. I purchased a embroidery design from you a little while ago and because I had so many projects to work on I just noticed the embroidery design is incomplete. I purchased the Batman Vintage logo machine embroidery design and the bottom of the "B" in Batman isn't finished. It simply has the black background. This can't be the way it's supposed to be because it destroys the whole look of the embroidery design. I have attached a copy of the design I purchased. Can I get a completed design or another Batman embroidery design of my choosing in it's place, please? I love your site, by the way. Your designers are amazing!

hi, i recently ordered designs and am having a problem with one on the finding nemo machine embroidery designs 2 came out beautifully but the one with dory marlin and nemo will not come up on my machine it shows that it downloaded but will not come up on the embroidery machine i checked the format and it does say it is a pes format so i don't know what else to do please help as i am using this design on a project for a birthday present for a 1 yr old for this coming weekend thank u

Your website states that I can download my free designs that I have on account at any time. Why can't I download my designs without giving my PAYMENT information when the order is $0. I don't think I should have to give PAYMENT information when my order is for two of my 15 FREE designs on my account!

I have bought the plane Dusty embroidery design on 1 May 2014 with ref.no. 79320827 / 51675523.I have a Husqvarna, Orchidea sewing embroidery machine. My frame's size's is 100mm X 100mm and 200mm X 100mm. As soon as I get to the tail wing of the aircraft, the embroidery will not go further, unless I use a stitch length of 3,5. This makes the embroidery to thick and as soon color 4 is being used, It will not go further, because of the thickness of the embroidery. Please assist in this problem.
