I have been having trouble writing a design to a USB memory device. Every time, my I/O wizard prompts me saying 'disk is full'. I tried formatting USB device on my computer, and with embroidery machine and still no luck. I have also tried several different devices. I am able to do a 'save as' (DST) but that is a pain especially when I edit a design and want to save only the original in a embroidery design folder. Any suggestions?

Hi, I like to buy my first machine and it's hard to know Wich one is my best choice. I saw in Alibaba the Chinese market and I can have a new machine for 3000.00 us plus shipping but I see when I surch a bit, the Chinese machine there quality and service is really poor, so I put that side in garbage. After I see a couple of company suppose to be good, Ricoma, Tajima, Happy, Fiesta and Buradan. The price of those are around 13 000.00 cdn plus taxes so around 15000 cdn with taxes. I live in Quebec, Canada so I don't know which one to take and think now is a lot of money and I'm not sure If I have to buy it because I'm not sure if I'll made enough money to pay the machine. Tajima TEHX-C1501 problem?

Can someone please help me. I am using a newly digitized embroidery design, and it has sewed out perfectly for me about the first 5 times. All of a sudden there are problems with it. Have tried different hoops, backing, changed thread, bobbin thread, needle, everything.Then it sews again good 1 or 2 times, and back to the same old stuff. Am using the same exact shirts to sew this design on. Has anyone had this problem before?& Would appreciate any help. I have a Tajima TEHX-C1501. -
Hello Now the files work, but it only contains 2 layers of a blue circle. I tried sending one of original files to the embroidery machine and it was able to reed the files. It would bee nice to be able to open them on the computer but it is not necessary if is hard to fix. Thanks. Cheers

I am just starting out with my pe770. Sometimes it works great and other times I have can’t figure it out. I’m working on a letter B now, it lays out the first set of stitches then comes back with a satin stitch but that satin stitch doesn’t completely cover the first lay out stitch. I’m not sure how to fix this. I’ve slowed the machine down and it was worse.

Hello! I recently purchased a Brother SE600 embroidery machine and am having issues with actually embroidering. I think I do not have the correct supplies, and need some guidance. I have 75/11 and 90/14 needles, 40W thread, using sketch paper as a stabilizer, and primarily want to embroider on jersey. Do I have the correct supplies? Everytime I attempt to embroider, thread is bunching together in the bobbin case and the machine says to rethread the upper threads. Please help! I want to get embroidering. JOe

How to use a Ruffler foot Today, we’ll be working with a presser foot designed for the creation of the pleats, frills and ruffles. A little while ago I promised to show you what the Ruffler foot is capable of. At the first glance, the contraption seems a bit complicated. Several adjusters and guides allow you to gather fabric and simultaneously attach ruffles to the garment. Let’s see how it works. The Ruffler foot structure: A bifurcated arm (4) serves to synchronize the attachment with the needle bar. The clamp (5) is for quick attachment of the foot to the machine. Two screws and the adapter at the rear enable the foot to move up and down, and to the left and to the right of the needle bar. Adjusters: The depth screw (1) determines the amount of fabric pushed into the foot every time it tucks: from 1 to 8 mm. With the ruffle regulator (2), you determine how often a ruffle will appear: every 1, 6 or 12 stitches. Once set it to *, the attachment will create no ruffles at all. Fabric guide lines: Green line — for the main fabric, no ruffles. Red line — the ruffling blade. Lilac line — the fabric feed plate (also for braids, ribbons). You may place your fabric along any of the three guide lines, but only using the red one will give you ruffles. Stitch at a low or medium speed! Types of ruffles and pleats: Single or double pleat. To create one or the other, place one (or two, in the latter case) pieces of fabric to be ruffled, along the red guide line. Set the depth screw at 4 or higher. Set the Ruffle regulator to 6 or 12. How to ruffle fabric and attach it to the main fabric simultaneously Set the regulators to make single or double pleats. Insert the main fabric into the guide along the green guide line. You can create a twisted pleat, using a capronic or a satin band, or a specially prepared piece of fabric up to 7 cm wide. Set the stitch length at 2.5 mm. Set the depth screw at 1–3, and the ruffle regulator at 1. It’s also possible to ruffle fabric and simultaneously attach it to two flat fabrics, on the top and bottom. In order to do this, insert the main fabric with its right side facing up, into the foot along the green guide line, and the fabric to be pleated along the red line, with its right side also facing up. Along the lilac line, place the second piece of fabric, with its wrong side facing up. Use the prongs on the foot for the width of the seam allowance to be consistent. How to attach a pleat, folded in half, to the hem of the garment Finish your seam allowance with an overlocker. Mark the width of the seam allowance on the right side with a fabric marker. Place the main fabric along the green guide line, and the fabric to be ruffled along the red one. Adjust the regulators. Stitch to create the ruffles. Press down seam allowance to the wrong side and stitch along the edge. Joining the satin ribbon to the pleat Place the main fabric along the green guide line, and the fabric to be ruffled along the red one. Insert a narrow (up to 5 mm) satin ribbon into the foot, using the prong. Stitch. These are just the highlights of what the Ruffler is capable of. Play around with it, creating your own variants. Hello, Hopefully someone can help me on here. I have a Tajima TMAR-K 1508C. Recently I been seeing that the machine shakes a lot when its stitching at certain angles and causes the needle to break at times. Does anyone know why this could be happening? It doesn't shake as much when I change to the hat attachment and run hats. Thanks!

American military shoes embroidery design

It is really good choice for decoration of jeans that also was born in America. Main elements of this embroidery are already finished. But it is steel needed to execute laces and some other little details.-

Has anyone experience their Brother Innovis V3 missing stitches? I have designed my piece using eh PE11 Design software. The piece contains lots of words in different fonts and on at least two occasions now it has missed the stitches. How do I go back and finish these missed stitches? I'm new to machine embroidery so any help / advice will be gratefully received!

Hello ladies and gentlemen. I am new to machine embroidery (I do not even have a machine yet) I am buying a Brother PE-770. I have to buy a computer, since all I have right now is a Chromebook. Can anyone tell me the minimum requirements I should look for in my new computer? What operating system and would it be better to have a laptop of a desktop? My computer budget is $450.
