I newest in Sierra embroidery software. I check Flexible tool for create dog's skin. Any suggestion.

Hi, Is there any way in Sierra software to batch convert files from one format to another, rather than performing this task one at a time as this can be so tedious boring and time consuming.

I can not find where to plug panel for sequins and rhinestones. I looked through all settings - do not see. Who knows.

Can we do digitizing Chenille lettering on my SWF embroidery machine?

Скачала и установила программу. Странное дело все языки есть а русского нет. Почему? Я точно знаю что в Sierra Embroidery Office точно есть. Или я скачала какую то усеченную версию. Можно конечно и на английском работать , но все таки не очень удобно. Хотелось бы видеть на родном языке.

How change position for start or end point. I see only auto function. Where this tool? O i may using select tool in toolbar? In another software (Tajima Pulse) these big symbols. I easy found and change positions.

I?ve created several objects (dragged and dropped motifs) and I?d like to delete one or more of them. Don?t seem to be able to select just one, just the entire block.

We using WIindows 7 as an Operation System was unable to shut down computer using the shutdown procedure. Uninstalled EOD, EOE, EO Photo and EO 3D Simulator. Finally got computer to shut down using windows shutdown procedures so reinstalled EOD and now the computer Will NOT shutdown again. Does Sierra have a patch or tech advice as to how to correct this problem with EOD as it is diffinately caused by the EOD software. Please respond via private email to expedite the receipt of advice.

I am having a problem when resizing. The wire frame doesn?t resize with the embroidery and gets separated from it. The newest update didn?t fix it. Is anyone else having this problem?

How change Emboss line width?

When you start to enter a object (digitized figure), the background image gets faded .. And its hard to see. How to disable this? If the cursor is the same color as the background image. Its hard to see? How to make a contrast? If this no have , i think this is good option.

The paste command has changed. Paste Concatenating seems to paste in place and regular paste has an offset to the original. I might be liking this.... but is there a way to set this up the "old" way? where the clip is pasted into the area currently zoomed into? Also, Do we still have Memory blocks? If so, where do I access?

When using team names with the pre digitized font " Arial" the stitch files created all have the center offsetto the right . I then have to open each file and use the "Design center" on the home ribbon to correct the problem. once saved the file then leaves out all trims when run on the machine. when I open the file it shows all the trims are there. Is this just a setting I need to configure for centering and trims?

I am trying to get mitered corners for my applique and every time i try, it keeps it at a swiped corner. What am i doing wrong?

When we insert text into the document, when we export it to a DST file there is a long tail of thread (a running stitch) that throws off the entire sizing of the design. You cannot see it when it is in DSG format. For instance, if a 6 letter word is only a 3/4" tall and 4" wide, when we trace it, it shows that the design is 10" x 12". I tried manually fixing it, but it does not work. This poses a big problem.
