I purchased to Donkey with butterfly embroidery design file. The zip file is empty! I tried to open on an iPad AND windows computer but there is nothing in the file! Please refund or send the file to me.

I heard about wilcom which is awesome but costly. I want to try this out and to perform customs designs for family and friends. Hey, I am searching for help. And, can you help in operating with illustrator, fireworks and Photoshop or other program? -

Question: Placed an order for two Redskins machine embroidery designs. Would like to download again in a different format, since I now have a new machine that does not recognize an ART or VP3 format. Answer: You must open the order history and the order you want to download. 1. On the right in the column, mark the format(s) you need. 2. Click on the button Save and filter out 3. To download the designs you have purchased in new format(s), click on the button Download all as .zip. 4. Save the archive to your computer or other device.

Okay I just purchased your hot wheel embroidery design for my 4 x 4 embroidery hoop. I am assuming that this design will fit it. I did purchase already and need this NOW. I have an order that I have to fill. Please help because I cannot send this to my machine. Thanks

Hi, We bought Monster High logo embroidery design to embroider for a birthday present, but the machine kept on showing that the pattern is too big. We did order the right format and size. The result is that we couldn't\'t use the pattern, so to us it was a waste of money and the reason for buying it doesn't\'t exist anymore. Would you please check your size and let us know? Thank you.

In My Editor embroidery converter software, you can open your machine embroidery design in several ways. The first one is to select File > Open. The second is to select File > Browse to find the embroidery design on your computer. The third is to click on this icon on toolbar. Select the design you want and click on Open. Voila! To save your embroideyr design in another stitch format, select File > Save As. Choose the desired format (determined by the type of your embroidery machine, ex. for BROTHER PR 1000- you can choose PES or DST) from the drop-down list. Now press Save and store it wherever you want. -
Does this only come in one format. I need jef

Hi all been search for a embroidery software like freeware if there is one where i can convert my vector files (eps, ai, cdr) machine embroidery machine formats such as Tajima -dst, .Melco -exp .dst and other popular. I know Tajima? Wilcom and Barudan is supposed to be great but i hear its quite pricey and basically im just trying to experiement for now and do a few custom designs for my customers. can anyone reccomend a solutiona or give me free version (trial or have some limitations)? also if anyone knows how to do these with adobe illustrator, fireworks or other vector soft that would help also. Thanks -
I am new to this site. Typically when I order there is a place that I can request a pes format..........here it looks like all formats are listed. I have a Brother PE770 and really not sure how to order a design for it. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi there I purchased and downloaded some designs on 11/14/2013 and there is one design that is to big to transfer into my machine, it is order number 3567 and it is the monster high logo embroidery pattern , the design name comes up as monst1.pes. Could you please resize this design to fit in a 4x4 hoop, I would need it to be a zipped file format and for pes. Thank you for your time.
